Logo Design Brief

I've uploaded a file of my current companys logo "strategic real estate experts" and would like to keep those colors in mind. Ideally this is a logo I will be able to use for the podcast artwork as well as to print on tshirts and promo material as well. "The New Standard - Challenging the Status Quo" If all you can fit is the New Standard that is ok too. I've also started a youtube channel so I have a logo for the new standard a tv show with tj vitense for an example as well. Just looking for something crisp and clean. My thoughts were maybe taking out the A and inserting a microphone to show it's for a podcast/voice and then maybe a pic of me on the side, maybe in black and white faded in the back ground?. Just an idea, it might be too busy, but I'm not good with graphics.

Nice to have

• Would be nice if somehow you could incorporate the pic with me in it but not necessary. Ideally you will be able to use some of the same colors as the logos I have uploaded for our company already.
