You wanted to know if I would move from refundable to nonrefundable. What is my balance, total amount due to move to nonrefundable?

I'm not sure if there's any change in the amount you are being charged.
What we as designers see is the payment we might get ( including DC fees ).
The thing is...that with a guaranteed project, usually more designers participate and send in designs.
