Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Hong Kong and San Francisco called Cetus Group. The company has two branches - Cetus Consulting and Cetus Capital. Cetus Consulting supports the growth of young startups in the blockchain sector through advisory services on accounting, marketing, legal & tax and partnerships for network building. Cetus Capital acts as a hedge fund that receives capital from individual investors and invests it in blockchain-based startups. Ideally we would like one logo design that can be used for all 3 entities with different text - Cetus Group, Cetus Consulting and Cetus Capital.
We would like the logo to communicate growth or increase in value and some element of linking to represent the concept of blockchain. Cetus is the name of constellation shaped like a whale. The base color for the logo should be RGB: 0, 55, 129.
