Logo Design Brief

We'd like the words "Happy Birthday" to be the focus, with the word "Foundation" smaller under the text. Perhaps balloons or a cake incorporated?

See inspiration attached. We like the color choices on all of these. The first 2 that say "Birthday Wishes" are from another charity like ours. The last one (with the curved words over the cupcake) is cute for a design.

Target Market(s)

Our Foundation serves underprivileged kids who may live in foster homes or are currently in the hospital, however we receive donations from all sorts of families who donate their kids birthdays to our foundation so we want the logo to be fun and a celebration, but also be professional.
