Logo Design Brief

I’m a lawyer who represents high-dollar judgment creditors to identify and recover assets concealed by their judgment debtors (usually wealthy fraudsters). I did this for the federal government for 21 years. Now as a solo practitioner, I want to convey to prospective clients that they will be represented by a federal enforcement agency lawyer. I really like a US flag-themed shield, but one with soft colors and a flowing design (ie, not too harsh or stiff). Thank you in advance for your creative energy!!

Requirements

Must have

• Shield logo, but soft colors and soft lines (but not too soft; I still want to convey the sense of what a government agency would use, especially with the font). I’m a retired 21 year federal enforcement lawyer. I want to convey a sense of a federal government agency. Want to convey a sense of my passion and experience in representing victims of fraudsters to recover their money.

Nice to have

• Maybe references to hidden money, bank record investigations and legal proceedings, but not too corny or too overt.

Should not have

• Not too busy, too corny or too harsh. Soft and welcoming but also confident and bold.
