Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new real estate brokerage called 'Home Source Realty'. I'm really open to design ideas. I'm not sure about color, possibly green, possible a darker blue. Possibly color with some grey elements?? Something fairly simple, maybe 'HOME' darker and bolder with the rest in a light font??. Possibly two lines with 'Home Source' on the top and 'R E A L T Y' on the bottom. Again, I'm open to ideas, it just needs to portray professionalism.
