Logo Design Brief

We are in need of a logo for a small but growing Medical Practice. The practice is called Prime Medical Clinic and is located in Chicago, IL. We provide outstanding customer service and take patient care very seriously, because we want to be the best, but we like to have fun too. We will be opening our second location in April!
We are looking for a logo that includes the name of the practice – Prime Medical Clinic – and that reflects some combination of the following design characteristics:
• Conservative
• Simple
• Clean
• Elegant
We don’t have a color scheme in mind, but would like to see what you come up with using the design characteristics provided.
Our goal is that this logo will be something easy to read on forms, faxes, and for older patients. This new logo will be used on print materials such as business cards, brochures, and letterhead, and online – on our website.
We would like to have two versions. One that is full color for web and print, and one that is black & white for use on documents, if possible.
