I do think that you're asking to incorporate too many elements into your logo though. I understand that your establishment is proud of the service you offer and the craft of pizza-making, but your logo should reflect the service you offer in the most minimalistic way possible. We also have to consider how the logo looks in black & white, as I'm sure you'd have uses for them across a lot of things such as newspaper ads (or the Recruitment section) or even a company stamp or fax paper headers.
