Do you require only design (PSD) or you need coding as well?

Coding would be awesome but not required. The right design could win with just psd. However, a good design with coding would probably win.

We can also make the coding for your project. But I think that part should be treated as a different project.

Thanks for your message. If you can only work on projects that are guaranteed, I understand. As a business person, it makes sense for me to have the right to get a refund if I do not like any design. If you have a design, feel free to send it. If not, I totally understand.
