Questions:

1. The individual magnetic marquees: are they all the same size? And so each other listing would need to exist on that size?
2. The "BLANK SPACE" which you have indicated on your layout: what is the reason for that? Just spacing away from the others?
3. Where will this sign be placed?
4. Can you upload a vector version of your restaurant logo?

And lastly, I want that prawn dish! It looks amazing!

To answer your questions:

1. All of the magnetic marquees will be the same size so that each individual business will have equal space for getting their text printed.

2. The "BLANK SPACE" is only there for the sign company I will be sending it to because I currently have one vacant space for rent. Perhaps it would make more sense if you write "VACANCY" in that space. But the fact that I will someday have a tenant to be printed in that space means that you will have to size your text accordingly to leave room for it.

3. This sign will be placed on a grassy hillside facing our parking lot so that when customers step out of their vehicles or view it when driving through the lot, they will have a map of where each shop is located.

4. I do not have a vector version of the logo :(

So you only have a jpeg of the logo? That's not going to reproduce well on your sign. Unless your sign maker has it.

I will proceed to design the sign and hope you find a sharp graphic representation of the logo.

The sign company should still have a vector version of my logo from some work they did before. If necessary, I can see about getting it and attaching it to this project.
