Logo Design Brief

Hello! I am looking for a logo or my company, Saxon & Birch Holdings, LLC. At this point I would like to use some amalgamation of a birch leaf and the seal of the state of Saxony -only replacing the yellow with gold, and the name of my business...but I am open to any and all alternatives.
The color palate iI am thinking of consists of black, white (I would like a white background but am not entirely opposed to another color) emerald green, and gold (think the gold color of the onion domes on the Annunciation Cathedral in Moscow. For the script, I am thinking of a Germanic looking script that is modernized.

• I am open to alterations on any of these if you have a really rad design in mind
