Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my construction company. I would like the logo to show some kind of a construction-related item such as a building. I prefer clean, sleek lines. I don't prefer rounded or curved items. The company is based in south Florida so incorporating the sun or palm trees would be helpful. I am open to color selections.
