I need logo for my SELF BRANDING - my Personal Development Seminars. (Logo, website, stationary)

I have a DYNAMIC, FUN, LIVELY, CHEEKY approach.

I INSPIRE, FOCUS, MOTIVATE and INFLUENCE people to make POSITIVE changes in their lives. Personal Development

I am a a Presenter, Public Speaker and Master of Ceremonies MC. I use a lot of humor and fun, and engage audience, through music and song. I am a singer.

Logo Goal: Need to build myself as Personal Development expert, build my public speaking/presenter profile.

Logo could be created using an image of me - see file named 'chair1200' and see file named "diamond style".
OR alternatively I can have a logo to be used along side self photo instead.

Requirements

Must have

• MUST HAVE a feeling of Motion/Action - of forward or upward movement/direction. Not static or flat.
  Must lead the eye from left to right. (Western culture this means from past/present into the future).
  Can be modern, not too edgy.
  
  I'd like to use an element of the logo (scaled down to create a repetitive/complimetary pattern on stationary. see attached file named 'repeat pattern'.

  Bling: stars, diamonds: The design could show some reflection, sparkle, dimension, multi-faceted movement: see file 'movement'.
  
  Could be a diamond shape.
  Could also be or include a shield see file named 'shield' (I don't own this image) or modernised version of 'crest' /heraldry.
  While black and white can look elegant, dynamic use of colour preferred

• My image in the design.
  
  See t-shirt images in file named 'Diamond Style': I'd like to use an image of ME in the design, either made into text or into a diamond. Use the letter 'D' ONLY (NOT DL)

• Please don't include tag lines. Does not need to be too formal or corporate.
  no vintage, aged
  AVOID: Mono or analogous colour combinations. Avoid yellow
  graphic/images = NO 'hammers' I'm not a carpenter.
