We need a clean, compelling and vibrant logo for our new company, which includes versions with and without our tagline.

The name of the company is 3 Islands Property Management located on Seabrook Island in South Carolina, USA (Check out "discoverseabrook.com"). We provide property management services for homes of owners that do not live here full time.

Our motto is: Nearby. Responsive. Detail-oriented.

Our services include: Property inspections, overseeing projects like remodels or repairs, and preparing homes for bad weather like freezes or storms.

Our logo will be used both in print and online.

Target Market(s)

Home owners on Seabrook Island, Kiawah Island, and Johns Island, all in South Carolina. Abundant salt water marshes surround all our islands.
