I have not set this up as guaranteed for one reason and one reason only.  I have been advised by this site and others that I probably won''t get what I need as I need the design to work within the parameters of a White Label Platform, basically an out of the box solution.  Not the 100% custom designed websites that you would be used to working with.

This site allows me to change it in areas, by modifying the existing HTML, Javascript and/or Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) code to get the look and feel that I want.

If I find what I am looking for, I will gladly guarantee the amount.  Until I am confident of that, I will be leaving it as refundable.

Again, I greatly appreciate your acceptance of the invite, and look forward to seeing your work.
