Logo Design Brief
I need a logo for my new real estate business. I will be assisting customers in selling and buying homes in the state of South Carolina. WillKingRealEstate.com will be the URL. Keep in mind that I do NOT want you to focus on the traditional uses of the Palmetto tree and state flag of SC. This logo needs to stand out and be unique. South Carolina is incredible because of its wide variety of landscapes. You can be in the mountains, the beach, city center, or even lake all in a one day trip. We will run affinity programs for medical professionals to reward them for listing or buying with us. You can also design off my last name "King" but do your best to keep it from being corny or hokey.
Updates
You can use the text “Palmetto State Agent” or “Palmetto State Homes” but it is not required. I really want this logo to also be able to stand on its own without the rest of the text. Keep in mind the key points of why I love my selling area. Mountain terrain, beaches, and city scape are all found within our state.
