Brochure Design Brief

Looking for a new brochure design for an existing property services company.

We provide a range of property services from, market research, real estate brokerage, valuation and appraisal, property development and other real estate consulting services.

We would like a fresh modern brochure design with good graphics and features. Our colours are white, blue and orange.

The design should communicate, attention to detail, superior service delivery and distinction in results.

I would like the brochure to be roughly about 20 pages.


Containing the following,

1) An introduction
2) Contents Page
2) What we do
3) Our Services
4) Agency & Brokerage
5) Real Estate Consulting
6) Market Research
7) Appraisal & Valuation
8) Project Management
9) Property Development

I would also like icons to represent items 4,5,6,7,8 & 9, they should be represented vertically on each of the pages from the contents page and highlighted individually on the pages that they represent.. i.e. on appraisal & valuation page, all six icons will be arranged vertically and the appraisal and valuations icon will be highlighted.

I will also like to have images that depict the services on the various pages.

I have some pages I think will flow which I will upload shortly.
