Postcard Design Brief

We have a new equipment rental location that we opened and want to do a bulk mailing with a postcard to advertise. The post card has to be 6.5" x 9" and printed on both sides. The back side has to have the postage icons on them like in the example postcard I have uploaded. Also I have included our logo in the attachments. The attachement "capture' is just an example of how the back should look with the 2 postage icons. I have also uploaded those 2 graphics.

Requirements

Must have

• I would like to convey "New Location". Also would like our customers to know that our rental fleet consists of "Well Maintained and New Equipment". Also would like to say that we will beat any competitors price. Also on the back, I want to include a 10% discount coupon (almost like the postcard I included as an example.
• Lastly if you could list the following industries that we provide rentals for:
• Landscape / Tree Professionals
• Contractors
• Do-It-yourself'ers
• Home and Office Supplies

Nice to have

• If we could find somewhere to list that we ALSO have 60' bucket/chipper trucks, as well as 12", 14", & 18" chippers for rent at an affordable price that would be great.
• As some of the backdrops we could incorporate Cat Skid Steers, Stihl Power tools, as well as International bucket trucks and Vermeer chippers. I have attached some pictures as examples. We don't have to use these, just some ideas. I would like to show some pictures to show the equipment we rent (like the attached ones)
