I'm really not very good at concepts but I have a couple of ideas. One is for hands to be catching the calm. Also as I'm really interested in helping people quieten down their brain, because then you can think clearer, live in the moment. When you are calm you can assess your life, decide it's really just how you want it, or then have the brain space to make the changes you want to make. I hope this helps. Jude
