Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for a non-profit venture that I'm launching. "All In Energy" is ensuring that no one is left behind in the clean energy revolution. We'll be connecting families in underserved (low-income, majority-minority) communities have access to solar power, weatherization, electric vehicle and clean heating and cooling technologies. We'll employ organizers from diverse backgrounds these communities to conduct outreach campaigns and place these organizers with full time, permanent careers with clean energy companies when they've completed their campaign work with us. The design should recognize that this is about energy (e.g. solar, electric vehicle, or at least a home) and also the inclusive nature of our work, i.e. that we are seeking to employ women and people of color who are underrepresented in the clean energy workforce.
