Flyer Design Brief
We want a flyer designed for our gym. We have an example of a flyer which we like and I have put it into the images I have uploaded. I would like to recreate using our pictures, so its a pretty straight forward job. We also want to put our weekly timetable on the back of the flyer. We would like the size of the flyer to be A5.

- Everyday Athlete Gym is a fun community of humble people. Our goal is to help guide you towards a fitter, healthier lifestyle!
- Our Programs
- HIIT
- High intensity interval training is 30-45 minutes of fat burning fun. The class is a mix of cardio, bodyweight and some resistance movements.
- Conditioning
- A full hour of strength, cardio and bodyweight training to get you in tip top shape. Expect a mix of barbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, bikes and other training methods.
- FYF
- This is our big Friday session to set you up for the weekend. 90 minutes of hard training that is done with a team emphasis. From heavy lifting to cardio triathlons, this class has it all but not for the faint hearted.
- Muay Thai
- Commonly known as the science of 8 limbs you will learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow. Thailands national sport is a great way to get your fitness kick. We train the complete beginner all the way to international fighters so you are in great hands.
- Kids Muay Thai
- Our junior program starts from age 6 onwards. Muay Thai is a great way for kids to get active and fit while learning new skills. Training in martial arts also teaches self discipline and socialisation skills.
- Yoga
- A combination of physical and mental practises that will leave you focused and refreshed for whatever the week throws at you. We always recommend our yoga classes as a great way to balance the high intensity training we offer.
- I-Lift
- Strength training with a little bit of conditioning. We regularly update the program and re test lifts to ensure you are making progress and getting stronger.
