This sounds like an interesting project that I would like to work on, but unfortunately the payment is not guaranteed. Making the payment guaranteed will draw higher quality designers giving you a better chance at receiving more quality submissions. Guaranteeing the payment shows that you are serious which means the designers will be more serious as well. If you decide to guarantee the payment please let me know. Thanks.

Additionally, what color would you like to use? How many print colors do you want to use?

This is our first time using Design Crowd, so we are still figuring it out. Thanks for letting me know about that part of the process from the designer perspective. I have gone ahead and made it payment guaranteed.

I also updated our brief. Again, we didn't realize when we first posted that we didn't make the brief as specific as we should have. We are looking for a design in one print color. That design will be printed on one bright color shirt for participants ages 3-11 (open to color suggestions) and the same design will be printed on another bright color shirt for the volunteers ages 12-75 (again, open to color suggestions).
