T-shirt Design Brief

We are after a design for a software conference shirt based in Perth, Australia. The shirts should represent the topic of this conference: IT, particularly Software Developers/Programmers. This conference includes all type of Developers. Around 40 Speakers are usually invited to present.

The name of the conference is "YOW! West" because it is based on the West coast of Australia (Perth specifically)

Please keep in mind that the shirts will be for the attendees of the conference. They are a majority of men, between 25 and 40 years old.
