I need a logo design for my new real estate law firm, based in Atlanta and called Fuerst Law LLC. My specialty is affordable housing, so something evoking apartment buildings may work. My typical clients will be multi-family (apartment) real estate developers, banks and other lenders, and government agencies.

Requirements

Must have

• The design needs to be classy but memorable. It should be solid looking, dependable in appearance. It should instill confidence.

Nice to have

• Something showing an apartment building facade, at least faintly, may work. But I don't want it to be too prominent; the logo text design should be able to stand alone.

Should not have

• I don't want anything too cutting edge--I want to evoke quality and trust--but I'm open to creative use of color and typeface. There shouldn't be anything fancy or fanciful about the design.
