Hey Nigel, thanks for the hint, it's really damn close to the original. The logo i uploaded as "my design idea" was from years ago, some friend of mine "designed" it, but obviously just copied it - i didn't know, sorry. Best wishes, Vitus

The logo was by no means copied - it was the project owner's idea to have an abstract house contour against a round tree crown/branches coming out of the house. My mistake was that I did not enough research to avoid resemblances with already existing logos. I pride myself in creating original designs, and will definitely create a new one.
