Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a restaurant based in Genoa, Italy. We already have a logo but we want to renew it. We have a steakhouse gourmet restaurant. We would like to see designs in black and white. The final design shouldn't have food reference. It should communicate the atmosphere: youthful, informal, urban, friendly, smart. Moreover we need a symbol linked to the logo.
