talking about responsiveness, do you need html/css also ??

Thank you for asking and a good question.  No, no coding necessary but my reference to responsiveness is in effort to maintain useability across either PC and tablet when held sideways.  Basically, the entire search app needs to be visible without scrolling on desktop and similiar on tablet when held sideways.

So far, I have only recieved 3 designs.  2 of them were junk and one of them had an effort but the dewsigner didnt read the brief.  They just read real estate and produced a real estate agent webpage. 

I am looking for more of an app designer.  Is there anything I can do to get more designs or are there more designers that get involved at the end of the project.  I will guarantee payment on this if I get some quality designs by 5 plus designers.  Effort is needed though.  Thank you.

Is there a particular reason why you won't have the price guaranteed?

This has been the main reason why you're not getting enough designs.

Serious designers tend to ignore such projects cause it's really really common for Project Owners to not guarantee the competition and just use designs made for them.

Anyways I was quite charmed by the brief thus I'll be submitting a design if you still looking for some.
