Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a chamber of commerce. The purpose of the chamber is to promote the entrepreneurial spirit in the Mexican american business community. It's goal is to bring business owners from different realms to network and share tools and resources. We will like a design that incorporates subtle colors of the Mexican flag and its eagle while also incorporating the US flag colors. The logo should communicate partnerships, strength and trust.
