Hi, can you please share a website that has what you ask for "Once at the home page, rather than navigating to and from different pages, the user will push and pull through different visual and functional layers of the hierarchy. In theory, this should add to the user experience by having a visual anchor of where they are (through layered pagination) as well as improving loading times since the new information should only be a delta in data load versus a brand new page load."

Hello, thank you for your question, we will find you an example and get back to you.

In the mean time, what are trying to prevent is having to reload an entire page every time someone clicks on a link or action (such as navigating through different milestones). So our goal is to start with the basic "view" (timeline only against background), and add and remove "layers" of content on top of the basic view as the user navigates the hierarchy. Hopefully this helps,
