Logo Design Brief
Casa Hotel Group is a conglomerate of accommodation units. From hotels, city apartments to beach houses, all of them are under the concept of making our guests feel like home. Started as an Airbnb listing and now we're up to our fourth listed property, all of them giving the best travel experience to our guests.
We need a logo design that transmits the caring experience in a simple way, laid back, clean, but yet Premium image to our guests. We differentiate from others through a warm service, excellent communication and personalized treatment.
We have accommodation facilities in Guatemala City, Lake Atitlán, Antigua Guatemala and a Beach Hose. We are looking to expand outside the country further on.
We give part of our profits to a organization in Guatemala that helps people to build their homes through financial aid and community service.
Target Market(s)
People enjoying travel without an on-the-edge budget. Not looking for the cheapest accommodation, but still looking for a good deal. Often parents of kids in university ages, retired or business executives looking for a travel experience not luxury, but with good taste.

Must have
- My project must have a clean and formal image, but still warm. Must communicate that is an accommodation company, but not a hotel. Must have the name of CASA HOTEL and an isotype that communicates our values.
Nice to have
- I'd like to see black & white options, but also some colors without looking cheap or hippie.
Should not have
- I wouldn't like to see flowers or houses. Should not be literal at all.
