Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a volunteer based group in Los Angeles that goes by Latinx Theatre Alliance/Los Angeles. We currently have a logo but it's not working as it references skin tones and leaves out some folks. We are a regional branch of larger national company called Latinx Theatre Commons. The idea would be to reference the Latinx Theatre Commons logo but stand alone and be unique to Los Angeles. The design should honor our Latino roots, our Los Angeles base, and the fact that we are theatre makers.
