Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for the "Florida Mortgage King" brand we are developing in the state of FL USA. The design should be bold, sharp and have an icon. The slogan of the FL Mortgage King-"No one beats the FL Mortgage King!". I would like the colors to complement my current Mortgage Plus logo (see attached) of blues, whites and greens. I would also ask for different color versions including all white, all black and color.
