Flyer Design Brief

I am looking to have a tri-fold brochure created marketed towards healthcare practitioners (doctors, nurses, surgeons, etc), to get them to purchase 1-on-1 health coaching from me.

I've provided the text/content (in pdf & pages), my logo, a picture of me, and two color palettes, but please also include lots of white space. I would like to design to be very clean, modern & crisp. Also include additional photos, of doctors, etc taking care of themselves & feeling happy (maybe eating healthy, maybe exercising, feeling good & happy!)
