Logo Design Brief

Seeking a new logo for Mickella Solutions Inc. A NYC-based company providing event technology and audio visual services to private clients and businesses. Services range from av production services ( providing audio, lights, video, LED walls, etc), rentals, and design and install services for facilities.The new logo will be placed on the web, business cards and letterheads. The design must be clean, corporate and communicate stability and longevity. The colors of interest are red, black, gray, white. It should be primarily driven by clean text of the company name. Emblem is not necessary, but will be given consideration if it communicates the same as the logo. Example logos will be psav.com, maavs.com, and ver.com. See logo design sketch attached below. Possibility to vary logo's focus depending on the service area communicating with client with the additional of additional text. For example, the logo would say Mickella Events Solutions, or Mickella Rental Solutions, etc. Nevetheless, the primary logo is Mickella Solutions - Events, Rentals, Installs
