Logo Design Brief

The logo is needed for an app for physiotherapist and patients. Main function of the app is a list of exercises and the possiblity to check them, as a sign for successfully having done the exercise.

I need a logo that comes with 2 main messages:
1) humand body doing an exercise or just standing strong
2) check symbol to show that exercise is done

requirements:
- png with transparent background
- logo will be needed as app icon
- 2 main colours are green: #9ecf6b and blue #003259, but there can be extension of it.
