Hello. Unfortunately the frog you have indicated and attached as example is a nice drawing but not vector. These effects , are not a big plus for vector drawings. Usually this is done in other programs such as photoshop . So.. as a conclusion, either you accept a different style due to vector capabilities or you accept a non vector file ( in this case please indicate teh max dimension you need at 300 dpi) . The larger the better for me. It will be mostly used for web/digital but there may be some print use. I am not sure of an exact size.

Frog jumping from one lilly pad to the next....winning design only has one. Frog to resemble these frogs...this frog resembles none of the samples provided. I think it is only fair if you change your direction you should announce that to all designers. Just my two cents worth.
