Logo Design Brief

I need a simple, eye-catching logo based on a cat's face. Ginger Tom cats are well known to be tough but lovable. Slightly 'worn around the edges' due to fighting with other cats but also very affectionate and good with people. I'd like the cat's face to have a 'smile' but to also have some attitude and perhaps a 'wink'?? The logo needs to be be simple and contain maybe only two or three colours (note that Ginger Tom cats will be both ginger and white. My target audience are both veterinary and lay staff in veterinary practices and also employees in animal pharma companies so they will know what a Ginger Tom cat is. The company name does not need to be quirky, it just needs to be clear and readable. The cats face is key.
