Newsletter Design Brief
I need to update the layout of my newsletter so that the address can be printed on the newsletter itself. I also need to update the overall design. I need a template that I can use to edit the content going forward. This will be mailed to owners of homes worth $2,000,000 or more, so needs to be very polished and professional looking.
Below is the printer template that I need to use. Also is the last newsletter I sent, in Publisher format. The Marina Market is a partial conversion to the new template, but still needs a lot of work. That is not how I want the final version to look.
On the cover, instead of a graph at the bottom, I would like a graphic with a few key market statistics (e.g. Median price, homes sold, average days on market) with some nice graphical elements, large arrows point up or down.
Inside I would like:
- an article with photos
- A list of recent solds
- our photo quiz
- a chart (like the one currently on the front)
- a second article (if there is room)
- contact info
The back is okay, although I think it could look a little cleaner
