Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo to promote our church youth winter camp. Our theme is "Safety Third," so something that has to do with safety, such as a red cross, ambulance, or something along those lines. Somewhere on the logo should say the words "Safety Third," and "Joshua 1:9" If it said Ustick Baptist Youth somewhere that'd be cool, too.
