a marketing 3- fold flyer for primary business awareness. this should offer all aspects of our medical practice. I have provided several pictures as well as all pertinent information needed to make a successful flyer. This needs to be eye catching and attractive. each page should feature something of its own.

page 3- our paragraph on our practice as well as some of our services. say something like we offer a wide scope of services including health coaching, weight loss. A "patient services coordinator" will help you pick out what services we can do for you. a pic

page 6- our map our address and phone numbers. the sentence on making an appointment. our web page and facebook as well as our logos
