Can all the above be shown elsewhere besides the header? As it will be too clustered

Here's a break-down of the items above.

UK/German flags need to be visible and can be small.

The following needn't be in the header, so long as they can be seen on all pages:
Facebook, dig, +1, twitter, linked in, stumble upon

This can be summed up in one little graphic - so long as it's clear what it means:
Padlock/SSL security/secure transaction

This is just the phone number indicating we have a practitioner available to help:
Practitioner helpline/ orders phone number

We would like people to know this wherever they land on the site, but doesn't HAVE to be on the header:
Paypal/Credit card logo
