Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for yoga, holistic personal training and lifestyle coaching company based in the UK. Parinama is a Sanskrit word for transformation, evolution. colour scheme wise I have been using green (colour code is 95b1a1) and grey (a8a8a8) for marketing materials, Alleron Regular font for headings.
Open to other suggestions but needs to communicate calm down to earth feeling.
The services I offer are relaxation and restorative yoga workshops, hatha yoga classes, yoga for sports people, holistic PT sessions (assessing stress loads and incorporating corrective exercise with mind body techniques for fitness and wellbeing improvements), lifecoaching events and sessions.
I would like the logo image to convey transformation (of mind and body) had ideas around hands holding plant shoot, tree with sections in winter, autumn, summer bloom, or a figure drawing changing between a yoga pose and run still. But again open to other suggestions.
