Flyer Design Brief

I need a 1 page worksheet for a course I am running next week.
1. The worksheet is based is designed to tie into Herrmnan who use 4 colours per specific quadrants - Blue top left, Yellow top right, Green bottom left, Red bottom right. As this is designed to be written and to be printed, it may need to be pale colours however I am open to the correct colours with the image on top if necessary

2. The wellbeing wheel needs to be a design of it's own as it will be used in other things. I would like to have a format for the base wheel that can be changed by me (Only the title names)

3. I have provided the 2 business logo's - these down need to be too big
