Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card design for our membership association in Houston known at Houston BOMA (Houston Building Owners & Managers Association). Our members are office building managers and vendors in the commercial real estate industry. Any building imagery should be of office buildings, skyscrapers, skylines, etc. (Please do NOT use houses or residential homes.) The final design should be clean and cohesive utilizing our logo and branding. I've attached our logos, branding guide, and the information to be included on the business cards.

Target Market(s)

Professionals in office buildings and commercial real estate. Our market is conservative, modern and upmarket.

• Clean, professional, modern, look, integrating our branding, logo and colors. Our logo font is Gotham Light and signature color is PMS color Pantone 2401C (hex code 40a89d.) Our accent color is PMS color Pantone Cool Gray 10C (hex code: 636466)

Should not have

• NO imagery of homes or residential houses. We represent commercial real estate/office buildings only.
