Dear Fielding,

As a show of good faith, I'm offering a guaranteed $300 award for submission of the best concept sketch for the home page of the SmartRenter website. I intend to let a freelance job for design of the complete website, and the budget for that is $3k - $6k, but I'm not comfortable putting that in as a guaranteed payment, and the designer with the best design may not be the best partner to work with in the big picture (style, communication, etc.). So, I intend to interview the finalists from the $300 contest with the intent of picking someone to do the full website design.
