Logo Design Brief

Want to design a political logo. the attached picture is my best effort to scratch something out on powerpoint, but i want ur professional designers to make a killer version of it that's a lot better than what i made. critically, this must be a clear departure from any political logo uv ever seen. to the extent possible, i want to convey modern, new, hope, and inspiration.

in the sample i've attached below, i'd like different options for the shield (something like a police shield shape maybe), would like Lady Liberty looking forward, and pls feel free to expirement with different fonts for both "Liberty's Shield" and "Davis 2020."
