Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for our real estate brokerage located in Irvine, California, called: "Versailles Real Estate Group." We help prospective home buyers look for houses around Southern California and help them find real estate agents to lead them through the process. We would like to have a very simplistic design in black and white, but it should also be very sharp and clean cut. It must have the text: "Versailles Real Estate Group". The design should communicate precision and class. We have included a sample logo (Rosen Berry) that we like, and you should use that as inspiration. Feel free to design a logo for us along with the required text. Feel free to create a sleek new icon to include in a box above the text.
