Logo Design Brief

Need a logo designed for a commercial real estate broker in Phoenix Arizona. The company, Kocour Company, will list commercial properties and the logo needs to be simple enough to be recognizable on sale signs in property windows when people drive by. We are looking for black lettering and a white background. Text should be urban. Preliminary ideas have the logo round - you can see owner's drawings in image below (and you can see the inspiration for that logo came from the image called Kocour logo elements). Original thinking was to incorporate a mesquite tree element (leaves) - you can see that in the versions that use the letters KC.
