Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for new home building company located in Melbourne, FL. We build new custom homes. I am not stuck on any particular design. I would like a range of options: it could be very sharp or could even be more vintage. I like the the letter M as a possibility, but it can be anything. The name Marshall can be emphasized more than custom builders. I just want the logo to have a strong symbol of some kind. Although we are on the beach, no beach or coastal references. No designs with the outline of a house or roofline. No hammer, nails, saws, or tools in it. Maybe navy blue and silver as colors but open to others. Should feel like strength, beauty, integrity

Must have

• Must have name in it. Needs to look clean. Needs a nice symbol along with it. Must look like it is a high end luxury home builder.

Nice to have

• From what I've seen here is what I like: Some type of emblem design above the text. Marshall is bigger in all caps with Custom Builders below that in smaller font

Should not have

• nothing cartoon like. No house or roof outlines in the logo. No tools in the logo.
• No acronym with "MCB"
