PowerPoint Design Brief

We need a one page visual explanation of an investment strategy we call "Core/Perimeter". This strategy emphasizes a "core" portfolio that will seldom change and "perimeter" investments that will change. Our investment management firm caters to wealthy individuals. We want to project an image of strength and reliability. At the same time, we are willing to explore new concepts. I have uploaded a PDF of my graphically-challenged assistant's attempt at creating the one page visual.
